Poughkeepsie Schedules Independence Day Fireworks Spectacular

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The City of Poughkeepsie's annual Independence Day Fireworks Spectacular will take place Saturday, July 2.

Residents can best view the show from Waryas Park for free, or purchase tickets to watch them from the Mid-Hudson Children's Museum or the Walkway Over the Hudson.

The spectacular will begin at dusk at approximately 9:20 p.m.

The rain date is Sunday, July 3.
